The Travel Lion

1. Membership Agreement

By purchasing or using a membership offered by The Travel Lion (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), the member (“Member” or “you”) agrees to be bound by these Membership Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”).

2. 14-Day Refund Policy

Members may cancel their membership within fourteen (14) calendar days from the original purchase date and receive a full refund, provided that:

• No reservation or booking activity has occurred;
• No membership benefits have been used;
• No travel services were requested or initiated.

Once any booking activity or membership usage occurs, the membership becomes non-refundable.

3. Recurring Billing Authorization

By purchasing a recurring membership subscription, you authorize The Travel Lion to automatically charge your selected payment method according to your selected plan.

4. Chargeback Protection

Members agree to contact The Travel Lion prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

5. Arbitration & Liability

Any disputes arising from membership services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California.
